My stylist, Steph is a wonderful person and stylist. I have extremely thick and wavy/curly hair and she can straighten it without a flat iron!! She cares about her clients and I feel beautiful when I leave the salon. The staff at both locations are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Steph and Ochoa salon.
I have had exceptional hair color by Ann for several years. I am a hairdresser and therefore I am very particular about what I want done and I am ALWAYS happy with the results!!!!
Five star facials! Ask for Jen she has gorgeous skin and has really helped me get my skin healthy and glowing. She gives good assessments and knows her products well. I have really sensitive skin and even though she uses active products I never have a reaction. I get stopped in nordstrom, in the elevator, and in restaurants by people telling me how beautiful my skin is and they ask me where I get my facials. Honestly I think Jen should get a best of New England award because her facials are the best around.
The rest of the staff are very friendly and attentive also.
I went here for the first time today and it was amazing!! I was nervous because I'd heard this place varies depending on who you get, but I had Tamara and she was so good! She talked to me about my choices and what would look the best and took her time to give me an amazing cut. I would totally recommend it!!!
I was honestly surprised by the number of bad reviews. My husband and I go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. I just got my hair cut by Tamara and she did an amazing job. She is super knowledgeable in general. I got a great hair cut and she gave me follow up tips to help me get the look I want (I had a really bad haircut once and she gave me tips to fix it). I will definitely be going back to Ochoa when I need my next cut and/or style.
