I called them an hour ago to order flowers for my mom on my parents anniversary, and my Dad just passed 10 weeks ago today. I knew it was going to be a hard day on mom. The woman who answered the phone was so friendly and worked so well with me to pick the right type of flowers for this sad type of occasion. Well, an hour later, my mom is calling me to thank me for the flowers. For real?! An hour is all is took. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I wish I could give them more stars!
I get flowers every week form Carey's I ask for something different each week. Each week Carey's turns out something I just love and it's never the same which makes me so happy. They are always friendly and chat away with me while they make the flower arrangement. I love going into the store for my weekly flowers but I also love to shop for gift there. They have all sorts of things people would never expect so I always give the best and most unique gift. Carey's helps me look like a Rock Star every time! I would highly and always recommend Carey's.
Beyond good service to AMAZING service. I goofed, and typed the wrong town name in for a delivery location to my mother's work address. They covered my mistake in address and delivered flowers to my mom before mother's day, at her home instead! On probably one of their busiest days, they were able to send my gift from Dubai to western Mass, and that is a wonderful testament to a business that meant an awful lot to me.
Had floral arrangement sent to friend who was thrilled! She said it was the most beautiful spectacular Arrangement she had ever received!
