They did a vey nice job for our Dad, the owners are friendly and professional, despite our inexperiance. and lack of rule following. My only complaint is the lack of direct communication, they failed to follow through with emailing me the draft of the obituary, this in turn lead to more than one mistake in the newspaper. Other than that it was a beautiful service.
I highly recommend Ryder to anyone who needs funeral services. They handled my father's arrangements this week and could not have been more professional or caring. The service and funeral were extremely well done. Many guests commented on how well organized and nice the services were. The staff at Ryder's helped us through a very difficult time.
