Absolutely amazing customer service. I have had problems locating a harness that fits and does not hurt my dog, and have had both injuries and an escape happen in the interim. When I came across a harness they sell, I asked if they could process the shipping more quickly--and they happily said yes. I subsequently placed a second order for different sizes, and they went from order to shipment in less than half an hour. I will seek them out again for my future needs and highly recommend you do the same.
Off the beaten path, but you can take your pets inside with you! Good selection of products.
They have hard to find stuff for training dogs. It's a mailorder house and is not really a store but visitors are welcome.
