Don't understand why I need coins when I already have a Big Y card. Maybe that's why they call it the Big Y???. You can find the best doughnuts here though. Keep up the good work Bakery Drpt.
ALL the employees there are such wonderful people! They are extremely helpful, and management is very concerned about the quality of service, and products. South Hadley is THE BEST Big Y I have ever been to!
Has everything you need for a good price. They also have good deals every week something is always on sale.
I'm over 90 years old and grocery shopping isn't exactly a joy walking up and down the long isles. This Big Y store is a more than pleasant experience from the managers to the employees. Special mention to the bakery where they greet you with smiles and all the hugs you'll ever need to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. When my wife hands me a shopping list, even at my age, I'm pleased to go thanks to the Big Y and it's personnel. PS this should get me a gold coin. Amen and God Bless.
I like the place. Very nice people. But however, I bought coffee today and when I finished it up, there was a clear piece of silicone type thing in the bottom of my cup. I felt it in my mouth. Talk about physical contamination.
